Wondering how the app evolved?  There’s a process to the app evolution!  Mobile technology has forever revolutionized the way we compute, predominantly via apps.  Above is a nice infographic illustrating the history and evolution of mobile apps.  For instance, the iPhone App Store has generated over 4 billion downloads, totaling over $3 billion in revenue –WOW!

The U.S. Treasury reported on Wednesday that it has an operating cash balance of $73.8 billion.  On the other hand, Apple (AAPL), the largest technology conglomerate in the world, has $76.2 billion in cash and marketable securities as of the end of the 2nd quarter.

The difference here is pretty clear to me: unlike the Unites States Treasury, Apple makes more money than it spends.

Sounds to me like the U.S. government ought to start selling iPads.

Besides being a bestselling author, with works translated into numerous languages, he has served in the White House “as chief speechwriter to Vice President Al Gore.”
