Alright, although this last statement may not be entirely true, with the Optimum app and an iPad, you can rule the TV, (which is still pretty awesome).
You can use your device to watch “iO TV channels live, control your DVR and view an enhanced Channel Guide”, while taking a leisurely and relaxing bath. You can even “browse Movies On Demand, Free On Demand, and Subscription On Demand categories”, while making a sandwich in the kitchen.
This is our favorite iPad app so far, and although the Apple app store placed it in their “Entertainment” category, I think it would fit better in Apple’s “Productivity” section, or was it “Procrastination”?
