This App is great when you are shopping in different cities; it lists the best shopping in the U.S. top 10 markets for fashion: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco and Washington DC.  It would be exceptional if ELLE expanded the App outside the U.S. and told us where to shop in say, Paris or Milan? 🙂
